We help people affected by the war in Ukraine. The foundation works only for humanitarian purposes and helps civilians in the country's hottest spots. We buy medicines and medical equipment from Europe and give them to those who need them:

Who Are We?

We are a team of caring people, with the desire and ability to help those who need this help due to the military actions of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.

What are we doing?

We identify the need for medicines and medical equipment at medical institutions (infirmaries, hospitals, maternity hospitals, cancer centers, etc.), purchase everything needed at the expense of the foundation, and deliver it as free targeted aid.

How does it work?

People (individuals and entrepreneurs) who are not indifferent transfer money to the foundation.

Medical institutions create a request for the necessary supplies.

The foundation purchases what is needed from suppliers in Europe (if the foundation does not have what is needed in stock).

Logisticians of the foundation ensure delivery of the necessary items to Ukraine and targeted delivery to the hospital.

The foundation creates and posts on the website a report on the work done (documents, certificates, photo proof of delivery).

Who we are

Sergei Dobrovolskii

The founder of the Mirne Nebo Ukrainy Foundation (“Мирне Небо Украïни”). Donated 1,000,000 euros of his own savings to the foundation. Raises money for the foundation.

Mykhailo Stryzhko

Manager of the foundation in Ukraine. Handles organization and coordination of all operational processes of the foundation in Ukraine: the work of the distribution center, the work of the CRM system of the foundation, the control of the tender procedures and the troubleshooting of the foundation at all levels.

Inessa Dobrovolska

Manager of the foundation in Europe. Handles active search for and negotiation with suppliers/distributors/manufacturers of medical supplies, medical equipment and medical devices, diesel generators, and anything else that is now critically needed.

Alexander Scherbak

Commercial director of the Helsi platform. Handles collection and analysis of needs in medicines and medical equipment at medical institutions, coordination with the MOH and the Departments of Health in the distribution of supplies to the hot spots, the formation and coordination of specifications for medical equipment and drugs (replacements, analogues).

Nikolai Melnik

Handles organization of reception, sorting, distribution, packing and shipment of aid in the warehouse of the distribution center of the foundation in the Volyn region. Handles organization of work with local authorities, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada and other state bodies to collect applications for assistance, cooperation in transporting supplies to all corners of Ukraine, including the hottest spots. Creates and finds new opportunities and ways to help.

Andrey Petrov

Handles foundation logistics, the search for drivers and transport for deliveries/cargo transportation in Ukraine. Interaction with partner foundations and governmental organizations in Ukraine.

Dmitry Novitsky

Handles organization and coordination with the authorities of deliveries to the hottest spots in Ukraine, including those that are in the zone of active hostilities at the time of deliveries.
